Please contact gobeyondtherapy.ca@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
All are welcome! I often work with adults and couples across a spectrum of identities, life paths, and relational structures. My work is especially attuned to those navigating trauma, stress, identity, intimacy, masculinity, and meaning-making. All genders, sexual orientations, bodies, and backgrounds are welcome here.
Absolutely. You don’t need to have the “right” words or know exactly what you need. Therapy is a co-created space, and it’s okay to start exactly where you are — curious, cautious, overwhelmed, skeptical, unsure. We’ll go at your pace.
Our first session is a soft landing. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk about what brings you here, and begin getting a sense of whether working together feels right for you. There’s no pressure to open up quickly or explain everything perfectly — just come as you are.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Many clients start with weekly sessions, but we’ll collaborate on what pace feels supportive for you — and adjust as needed.
My rates reflect the depth and quality of care I provide. I do not take insurance directly, but I can offer superbills for potential reimbursement. Sliding scale options are available — reach out and we’ll talk!
General Fee Breakdown:
I offer sliding scale pricing and will always try to work within your budget, when possible.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
