Whatever brings you to my page, 

I am really glad that you are here.

I bring years of clinical training to this work, but just as much, I bring the wisdom that comes from being human. My practice is rooted in evidence-based care, shaped by lived experience, and guided by deep respect for the courage it takes to show up and explore your inner world.


Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. 

Some days we might dive deep. Other days, we might just slow down and breathe. Sessions are shaped by your needs, your pace, your story.


My approach is integrative and intuitive. 

I draw from evidence-based modalities, while staying attuned to the nuances of your unique identity, culture, history, and so much more.


Above all, this is a space for realness. For honesty, curiosity, and the kind of connection that lets the truth come forward, mess and all. From that place, we get to explore what matters to you.

I consider all aspects of your well-being: mental, emotional, physical, and social. My holistic approach ensures comprehensive care that supports your overall health and quality of life.


I integrate several evidence-based and compassion-focused methods that work together to support healing, growth, and connection in a holistic way. 

Including but not limited to—

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

A research-supported technique for addressing trauma, stress, anxiety, depression and more. This practice focuses on breaking unhelpful patterns held in the nervous system.

Internal Family Systems and Parts Work (IFS)

A guided process for recognizing and integrating the different parts of your internal system. This approach helps us understand and slow down our inner world to cultivate harmony and self-compassion within.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

A skills-based approach that helps you navigate intense emotions, foster balance and harmony in relationships, and stay grounded in the present.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

When appropriate, a structured, practical approach to identifying and changing thought and behavior patterns that may no longer serve you.

Somatic Therapy

A body-oriented method that fosters awareness, grounding, and nervous system regulation for deeper emotional balance.
