STRESS MANAGEMENT COACHING

You’ve learned how to meet high expectations, and I love that for you!

Stress management coaching is an opportunity to ask what those expectations are costing you, and what could change without giving up what matters to you.

Why Stress Management Coaching?

Stress management coaching may be a good fit if you’re someone who:

  • Feels responsible for keeping everything moving.
  • Finds it hard to switch off, even after the workday ends.
  • Says yes when you’re already at capacity.
  • Wants to pursue meaningful goals without living in a constant state of pressure.
  • Is ready to turn insight into specific changes in daily life.

Our Focus

Your coaching will be shaped around your goals. Common areas of focus include:

  • Recognizing stress patterns and the situations that intensify them.
  • Setting clearer boundaries around work, availability, and personal time.
  • Responding to competing demands without defaulting to urgency.
  • Developing routines that support rest and recovery.
  • Defining success in a way that makes space for your well-being.

Coaching Versus Therapy

My clinical training informs how I listen, ask questions, and understand patterns. Coaching is not psychotherapy, however, and it does not involve mental health diagnosis or treatment. If it becomes clear that therapy or another form of support would better meet your needs, we can talk about that openly.
