I offer both therapy and coaching as separate services. Therapy and coaching are different types of work with different goals, structures, and boundaries. We decide together which one fits your needs before we begin, and we stay in that lane.
Therapy focuses on emotional healing, trauma, mental health symptoms, and long-standing patterns rooted in past experiences. Coaching is present- and future-focused. Coaching centers on stress management, work-life balance, career direction, decision-making, and building practical strategies for change. Coaching does not involve trauma processing or mental health treatment.
Absolutely. You don’t need to have the “right” words or know exactly what you need. This is a co-created space, and it’s okay to start exactly where you are: curious, cautious, overwhelmed, skeptical, unsure, I embrace it all. We’ll go at your pace, talk through what is coming up for you and decide which service is the best fit. I will share my recommendation, and we will go with what feels right for you.
My rates reflect the depth and quality of care I provide. I do not take insurance directly, but I can offer superbills for potential reimbursement. Sliding scale options are available: reach out and we’ll talk!
General Fee Breakdown:
I offer sliding scale pricing and will always try to work within your budget!
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
My coaching rates reflect the focused, forward-moving nature of this work. Coaching is a self-pay service and is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
General Fee Breakdown:
$125 for a 60-minute video session
$80 for a 30-minute phone session
If you are interested in coaching packages or are unsure which option fits best, feel free to reach out and we can talk it through.
